Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Nature

Due to the immediate digital delivery and non-returnable nature of downloadable Figma files and design resources, all digital product sales completed at shop.yasirjamal.com are generally final once access has been provided.

2. Merchant of Record

Payments for all digital products are processed by Creem, acting as the official Merchant of Record (MOR). Creem manages transaction processing, tax collection, invoicing, and order verification on behalf of Yasir Jamal.

3. File Access & Technical Support

If you experience any issues accessing your purchased Figma files, corrupt link errors, or missing delivery emails, please contact support immediately at info@yasirjamal.com (or yj.digitall@gmail.com). We will verify your order details and resend access links within 24 hours.

4. Refund Exceptions & Resolution

Refunds may be granted under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate charge for the exact same order.
• Inability to access digital files due to verified technical errors that cannot be resolved by our support team within 48 hours.
